CIMA and SaskMusic Presents: Lunch & Learn 04: Release Strategies
CIMA and SaskMusic will be hosting a Lunch & Learn session during Juno Week, so come on down and learn about release strategies:
Topic:
What does it take to conduct a successful release strategy within an ever-changing digital space? Simply releasing new music is not often enough to attract audiences to your gigs and Spotify page so what should be considered before pressing that final master? Are there specific approaches to releasing for particular genres (Alternative Rock, Folk, and Country) or formats (single, EP, LP) or is there a general blueprint consistent with any type of release? Learn how each of these experts address these issues and more in the struggle to make sure that their music’s heard.
